PCB on 12th November , 2023 appointed Mrs Yasmeen Saeed, Senior Administrative Officer and Board Secretary as the Information Officer of the institute. This decision has been taken upon the legal advice of Information Commission Office under Act No: 1/2014 (Right to Information Act) passed by People’s Majlis for the undemanding enforcement of the Act to determine the matters of the State are conducted with transparency and accountability. PCB maintains high standards to SOEs' sector to promote good corporate governance and acute transparency in matters related to business.
