Board Directors of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and staff of the Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) successfully completed the Directors Training Programme 2026, aimed at strengthening their knowledge and skills in corporate governance and effective directorship.

The programme was conducted by the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA), supporting participants in enhancing their understanding of good governance practices and strengthening their capacity to contribute effectively to board-level decision-making.
