The Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) is pleased to announce the implementation of automated email notification functions within the SOE Gateway. This enhancement is designed to streamline communication and improve the efficiency of regulatory reporting for all State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

This update follows the PCB directive issued on 14th April 2026 (Circular No: 454/CIR/2026/5), which mandated that all Quarterly and Audit reports must be submitted exclusively through the SOE Gateway. This applies to all Quarterly reports from 2026 onwards and all Audit reports from 2021 onwards.

These new automated alerts complement the existing "Task Tab" features already available within the platform, providing SOE users with timely updates regarding their submission workflows:

Document Upload Alerts: SOE admin users will now receive email notifications when documents are uploaded, facilitating smoother internal authorization processes.

Submission Status Updates: All SOE users (including CS, Admin, and Standard users) will be promptly notified via email if a report submission is rejected by the PCB.

Automated Deadline Reminders: To ensure timely compliance, the system will now send two automated reminders at specific intervals as both Audit and Quarterly report submission deadlines approach.

While further notification enhancements are currently in development, these features are now fully active. We encourage all users to log in to the SOE Gateway to ensure their profiles are up to date and to continue utilizing the platform for all formal submissions.
