Mr. Usaidh Asadhulla attended the "Seminar on Policy-based Finance and Sustainable Development of MSMEs" in Shanghai, China (May 20–26). Organized by the Shanghai National Accounting Institute, the program focused on China’s fiscal-financial linkages, policy-based guarantees, and tax incentives. These insights will support the PCB in enhancing governance-centric oversight, de-risking mechanisms, and strategies to drive sustainable growth for both MSMEs and State-Owned Enterprises.
